Say how many tonnes you want; it compares the price per kilogram at that tonnage across available mills, marks the cheapest, and states how much it saves versus the next option. The comparison always runs on one specific grade, never a category-wide average.
Computes the weight per bar and the total weight with each section's standard formula: rebar, I-beams, channels, angles, sheet, pipe, box, strip and wire. It also answers "how many bars is 20 tonnes?", using the same formula the site's weight calculator uses.
It won't leave "buy now or wait?" unanswered: it reads the product's real trend and its correlation with the dollar, gold and billet, and shows the short-term direction with a percentage range and its reason.
