Protecting your privacy matters to us. This document explains what information Ahantime collects, why and how we use it, and what rights you have over your data. We collect only the information necessary to provide our quotation service.
Ahantime’s "AI Advisor" section runs on a language model provided by Surplus Intelligence. This model does not run on Ahantime’s own servers; to generate a reply, the text of your conversation is sent from Ahantime’s server to a relay server located outside Iran, and from there to the model provider.
What this means in practice: anything you type in the chat window leaves Iran. If you write your name, mobile number, address, project details, or any other personal or business information in the conversation text, that information is sent along with the conversation. Once data leaves Iran, it becomes subject to the laws and terms of service of the foreign provider, and Ahantime does not have full control over its retention or deletion by that service.
What is not sent: the mobile number you use to sign in, your verification code (OTP), your quotation cart, your proformas, and your order history remain in Ahantime's database inside Iran and are not sent to the external server for the AI advisor. Conversation text is also stored in that same internal database so that reply quality can be reviewed and improved.
Your choice: using the AI advisor is entirely optional. Viewing prices, submitting a quotation request, and contacting our specialists do not require using the advisor chat. If you would prefer that no data leave Iran, do not use this section, and submit your request directly through the quotation form or by phone. We recommend not writing more personal information in the chat than is necessary for a reply.
The AI advisor's replies are built on Ahantime's real data, but they do not replace consulting with a specialist and are not a final basis for pricing or a sales commitment.
Ahantime's SMS messages (such as verification codes and request notifications) are sent through the messaging service SMS.ir, a service based in Iran. Only the data necessary to send the message (your mobile number and the related text) is shared with this service.
We use Matomo to measure page visits. Matomo is installed on Ahantime's own servers, and your visit statistics are not sent to any external advertising or analytics service.
This measurement runs in cookie-free mode: no tracking cookie is stored on your device, and no persistent identifier is created to follow you across different visits. Your IP address is also anonymized before being recorded. For this reason, our statistics are only an aggregate count of page visits, not a behavioral record of an individual. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" request, we honor it and your visit is not recorded.
Any other cookies the site sets are purely functional — for example, keeping you signed in and remembering your quotation cart — and are not used for advertising or sold to others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties in exchange for payment. Data is used only to the extent necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal requirements.
Your information is kept using standard technical and organizational safeguards, and is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel.
