A tender can include dozens of different line items, each needing today's price, a weight calculation, and a running total. This tool does all of that at once: pick each item from Ahantime's products, the cheapest factory is suggested automatically (and can be changed), and the grand total along with an official proforma invoice is prepared for you.
Instead of pricing and weighing each tender item one by one, enter them all in a single table and get the grand total at once.
The cheapest factory is selected by default for each item, and you can change it yourself if the tender calls for a specific mill.
Each item's weight is calculated from its dimensions and its price from Ahantime's daily rate — no manual estimates, no arithmetic errors.
The final output is issued with Ahantime's official letterhead — the same document you can attach to the tender.
