• "Ahantime": the online marketplace for iron and steel pricing and sourcing, referred to in this document as the "Platform" or "we".
• "User": any natural or legal person who visits the Platform or submits a quotation request.
• "Quotation": a user’s request to receive the price, availability, and delivery terms for one or more items, submitted through the quotation cart.
• "Proforma": a non-binding document containing a list of items and an estimated price, issued to the user before our specialists make contact.

Ahantime is a price-information platform and quotation intermediary. Displaying a price for an item does not constitute a binding offer of sale or a guarantee of its availability. The user adds the desired items to the quotation cart and submits their request; our specialists then contact the user to finalize the price, availability, and delivery time.

Ahantime does not process any online payment. The entire purchasing process is based on quotation, consultation, and direct contact, and the final agreement is concluded outside the platform once the parties reach agreement.

Displayed prices are in Toman and per kilogram (unless stated otherwise), and are updated manually by our team based on the day's market and mill rates. Due to market fluctuation, the final price is announced and confirmed at the time of contact and invoicing.

Value-added tax is calculated at the statutory rate (currently 10%). Users can view prices inclusive of this tax using the "With VAT" toggle. The price of billet and certain specific items is entered manually by our team.

To submit a request, the user's mobile number is collected and verified by sending a one-time verification code (OTP). The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. By submitting a request, the user agrees that our specialists may contact them to follow up on the quotation.

Adding items to the quotation cart and receiving a proforma creates no financial obligation for the user, who remains free to decline or continue the request until a final agreement is reached.

The displayed delivery time is an estimate and depends on mill availability, shipping conditions, and destination. Shipping, loading, and unloading costs (where applicable) are calculated separately and communicated to the user before dispatch. Final confirmation of delivery time and terms takes place when our specialists make contact.

• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for lawful use of the platform.
• We strive to provide accurate pricing and technical information (bar weight, grade, standard), but due to the nature of the market, we are not liable for obvious typographical errors or momentary fluctuations prior to final confirmation.
• Calculator tools and the AI advisor are for guidance only and do not replace specialist consultation or a project's engineering calculations.

All content on the platform — including text, the "آهن‌تایم" trademark, design, price data, and articles — belongs to Ahantime, and any copying, republication, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

We may update these terms as needed. The updated version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
